• Shilajit extract - You may notice that "mineral wax" was removed from the Proprietary Blend and "shilajit extract" was added. Both actually refer to the same ingredient. We chose to use the term "shilajit" (a name from Ayurvedic medicine) because it has become widely recognized in supplements -- even more than the English equivalents of "mineral wax" or "mineral pitch".)
• Bamboo leaf extract - A mineral-dense, rich source of silica. Our previous version of Macro Mineral Blend contained a similar ingredient, bamboo shoot extract. Bamboo leaf extract is derived from the same plant, just a different part of the plant!
