Start with a quarter stick pack per day. For children younger than 6, increase to 1 or 2 stick packs per day, as needed. For individuals 6 or older, increase to 1 stick pack 3 times per day or as recommended by a physician. One Daily Essential Nutrients stick pack contains the equivalent of four capsules, and is designed to be mixed with 1 cup of water, milk, smoothie, or liquid of choice. These stick packs are meant to be samples of flavor and the quantity provided is not expected to produce beneficial results. Once you have decided upon your flavor of choice, each powder flavor is available in larger quantity jars.
