Dr. Christie Drzewiecki is a clinical neurologist and Director of Neurofeedback at the Neurologic Wellness Institute. She sees patients who are recovering from traumatic brain injuries or who suffer from mood and focus disorders such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, and cerebral palsy. Dr. Drzewiecki focuses on finding the root cause of patients’ symptoms rather than simply treating the symptoms.
She says that many of her patients come in with a desire to transition off of long-term medications for mood and mental health symptoms. For many patients, Dr. Drzewiecki finds that Hardy Nutritionals’ Daily Essential Nutrients helps to address their symptoms and stabilize them.
“Patients tend to say that they feel more stable overall. They feel calmer, they feel less brain fog, their anxiety has decreased, their depression has improved, their focus is better, and they also feel as if they don’t need other types of therapies or medications.”
Dr. Drzewiecki says most patients report an initial abatement of symptoms within about two weeks. Over 40 independent medical journal publications backing Daily Essential Nutrients for the treatment of mental health disorders have shown that therapeutic changes continue to take place for up to and over a year.
She notices that when patients come into the clinic, they feel better, often making the connection that the Daily Essential Nutrients are helping them be more balanced mentally.
Not only does Dr. Drzewiecki recommend Daily Essential Nutrients to her patients, but she also uses it herself. Over the years, she has used DEN as a powerful pre- and post-natal supplement and says she has noticed huge support when it comes to overall health and energy, especially when it comes to dealing with sleep deprivation.
“The body needs certain ratios of nutrients at certain amounts…the DEN tends to support those ideal ratios in supporting overall physiology, which most multivitamins do not support.”
Dr. Drzewiecki knows the importance of replenishing nutrients that are lost in the body due to poor diet, long-term medication use, and other environmental factors. She recommends Daily Essential Nutrients to her patients to support the physiological processes that take place in the brain and body, which demand a high level of nutrition in order to function properly.
“The Daily Essential Nutrients have been a huge component in our practice. As a staff, we all use it; we recommend it to our patients consistently, and we have noticed amazing results using the nutrients. We just can’t recommend it enough. The patients who have used [DEN] swear by it as well.
